The requirements to obtain the A-CSPO designation are the following:

• • Hold a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification with the Scrum Alliance.
  • Attend a certified A-CSPO educational offering to gain techniques that expand into managing stakeholders, product discovery, and advanced Product Backlog management.
  • Successfully complete all educator-designed components of an approved educational offering. This may include pre- or post-course work as deemed necessary by your approved educator to complete the learning objectives.
    

You will be asked to accept the A-CSPO License Agreement and complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile as well as validate at least 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Product Owner (within the past five years).

The agile Scrum development process continues to gain popularity across a wide variety of businesses and products. Educating the entire team(s) involved has a profound effect on kick-starting the process and resolving challenges that can be discovered within the course itself.

This two-day course, provides teams with the full context of what it means to be agile and how we can get there with the use of a core framework called Scrum. Many teams have individuals with experiences that are far and wide in the agile space; diluting a common understanding for your organization.

This course is designed to give teams a hands-on understanding of current agile concepts and how implementing the Scrum framework can actually accelerate their ability to ship software as frequently as the business desires. With the liberal use of exercises and discussions, team members learn why Scrum's seemingly simple processes can have a profound effect on the organization.

Teams will also learn practical advice they can leverage all the way from the trenches to the Executive offices. We focus on working with core Scrum techniques and activities; including the product backlog, sprint backlog, metrics, daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meeting, and burn-down charts.

Bring your team to this highly interactive workshop. We explore 3 types of stories, User Stories, Job Stories, and Technical Stories. We will explore how to take a product and select significant objectives to help refine a backlog to the proper level for your team. We will take a deep dive into the ins and outs of a great technique designed to foster conversations in your team and mitigate hidden assumptions and risks.

The Kanban Immersion class is a three session, online, Instructor-led class that teaches agile and lean fundamentals, using kanban as the agile method. Each session is four hours long. The workshop helps the students get started quickly and apply what they’ve learned, using their actual endeavors.
