His career includes senior leadership positions in technical product organizations and earlier operational-excellence work in large-scale enterprise environments, experience that informs how he teaches Product Owners to navigate executive stakeholders, organizational complexity, and the pressure to deliver measurable results in modern AI-augmented environments. His advanced credentials in product management and leadership agility (A-CSPO®, CSP-SM®, and CAL®) reflect a commitment to staying at the forefront of agile practice as the field evolves.
