Product Management vs. Product Ownership

Every now and then you have the opportunity to work with a client that becomes a friend that becomes a partner in some industries. TJ Thinakaran is just such a person I had the pleasure of coaching/training his teams at a company in which he was an executive. They had some great success, he left the company, and we crossed paths once again with his client that he was trying to help in the cryptography space. Long-story short, we sharpen each other pretty good.

I had the pleasure of participating in his unique format of content delivery called One Expert, One Topic. We decided to explore the topic of Product Management and Product Ownership in which people in his work-space seem to struggle with in their agile implementations. I was happy to oblige and am happy to share the content here on my own blog.

I hope you enjoy One Expert, One Topic — Lance Dacy Talks Product Ownership.
