Agile Estimating and Planning

with Lance Dacy, CST of Big Agile

Many agile teams struggle to answer the question, “How much by when?” This course shows you how to create plans you can confidently share with stakeholders.

After this course, you’ll be able to split, estimate, and prioritize backlog items, ensure your forecasts align with business goals, and explain your thinking clearly to non-technical audiences. By the end of the day, you’ll have the tools to turn complexity into clarity and uncertainty into actionable plans.
