Turn Generative AI from Buzzword into Everyday Advantage. Co-designed with Scrum Alliance, this session blends mini-teaches, hands-on activities, and take-home templates. We focus on drafting user stories, clustering feedback, and predicting delivery risk so you can ship value sooner. Be prepared to leave with a one-sprint experiment plan and a catalog of vetted product management tools to immediately plug AI into your workflow.

Through AI for Scrum Masters, you’ll learn to:
- Master prompt-craft essentials (role, context, constraints, chain-of-thought) to get 30-50% better answers on the first try
- Execute an AI discovery playbook to turn raw survey data into an evidence-backed MVP backlog in minutes
- Utilize backlog & sprint accelerators for automated refinement, sizing, and sprint summaries
- Implement responsible AI guardrails with a 5-step bias & compliance checklist aligned with NIST RMF and the EU AI Act
- Build a personal toolkit & action canvas to start saving hours each sprint

Benefits
- Automate Scrum Administration: Save hours each sprint by using AI to instantly summarize daily scrums, track action items, and synthesize retrospective feedback.
- Data-Driven Team Facilitation: Move beyond gut feelings. Learn to leverage AI to analyze team sentiment, track health metrics, and model "what-if" scenarios to proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Master Advanced Prompting: Stop guessing and learn the anatomy of a great prompt. Discover how to securely upload your team's custom data to generate highly relevant, contextual outputs.
- Enhance Communication & Collaboration: Build an AI-powered ecosystem to centralize knowledge bases, automate stakeholder reporting, and foster extreme transparency without losing the human element.
- Navigate AI Responsibly: Protect your team by learning to use the 5-Q Quality Check to identify data biases, spot hallucinations, and implement strict "Human-in-the-Loop" ethical guardrails.
