Instructor
Lance Dacy has been a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST®) since 2015, an agile coach since 2008, and a product leader since 2011, guiding teams through successful Scrum implementations at organizations from Fortune 20 enterprises to early-stage startups.
He holds a Master’s in Data Science from SMU, a rare combination that gives him the applied AI expertise to teach Product Owners to use modern tools as force multipliers rather than replacements.
Lance founded the DFW Scrum User Group, coaches agile leaders nationwide, and helps managers build cross-functional, self-organizing teams that deliver value at modern speed.
Lance also leads Big Agile's dedicated AI for Product Managers workshop, where he goes deeper into prompt engineering, AI tool selection, and product strategy in AI-augmented organizations.
